According to a July 31st, 2023 letter filed by attorney Geoffrey Stark, the case captioned Neal DeBenedetto v. Lacey Board of Education et al in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, case number 3:21-cv-8050 has been settled.

Please provide a copy of the said settlement agreement and release for this case.
