Dear Jeannette,
Thank you for fulfilling this request, however, using the link and username/password combination you provided only results in an "Invalid username/password or not allowed to sign on from this location." error on the website you linked to.
It appears the username and/or password are incorrect or have been changed.
Given this request is now well past the seven-business day deadline as a result of the extensions, I am requesting you post the file in a way I can access it, perhaps preferably without using a username/password that can be changed. It seems unusual that what has (by definition) been deemed a public record must be secured behind a username/password that does not work.

Records responsive to your request consists of a large excel spreadsheet which exceeds the Department of Education's email system limitations. Please note, your username is the email address that was provided when the request was submitted. It seems that you used an OPRA machine to submit your request, which generates an anonymous email address. Therefore, the email address we used to send you the records was the anonymous email address that was provided ([OPRA #61755 email]). Hi Jeanette, As you note, this request was submitted with a randomly generated email address that I do not have access to. Therefore, I am still unable to access the records.
Could you please send the file login information to obtain the file to my email at [email address]?
While I wish a public link to this public data could simply be posted, it appears this may be the only way I will be able to obtain it.
