Response: Township of Lakewood has received your Open Public
Records Act (OPRA) request. The official Records Custodian
received your request today. As such, the Township will respond as
soon as possible but no later than seven (7) business days.
Please be advised that due to the file size of the requested
audio/video records it may exceed email capacity. Therefore, the
records will be transmitted by CD or Flash Drive which a cost will
be associated with your request.
At this time, please clarify your request and respond in writing
confirming you will pay the fee associated with the request.

The Township of Lakewood received your Open Public Records Act
(OPRA) request on 1/2/2024. As such, the seven (7) business day
deadline to respond to your request is 1/11/2024. This response to
your request is being provided to you on the 6TH business day
after the custodian's receipt of said request.
Due to the large file size of the requested records, the records
are being transmitted to you via CD. Pursuant to N.J.S.A
47:1A-5.b, the cost associated with this request is $5.12
including postage.
In accordance with NJSA 47:1A-1 (personnel exception) and Federal
Regulation, personally identifying information has not been
provided.
Please make out the check to the "Township of Lakewood" addressed
to the Township Clerk-La kewood Municipal Bldg- 231 Third Street-
Lakewood, NJ 08701. Please note the OPRA request number in the
memo portion of the check.
Upon receipt of your check in the amount of $5.12 ,the CD will be
mailed to you.
