The following redactions have been made, to the attached documents, pursuant N.J.S.A. 47:1A et seq. Specifically No. 1 - Privacy Interest - "a public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public access a citizen's personal information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen's reasonable expectation of privacy."
And No. 19 - Personal Identifying Information:
Body Worn Camera video was redacted by blurring for the MDC and document display of confidential personal or law enforcement sensitive information, the MVR video, and the police communications.
