Dear Middletown Township Police Department,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Any and all communications including but not limited to body camera footage of Sgt. Mazza and any other officers on scene regarding an incident approximately around 11:40 am on Sunday June 16th in the Goodwill parking lot involving Ken Cher.
I already sent in a request and what was giving back to me says "file unsupported". I am unable to open and view it. Please send me the information I am requesting in a format that is viewable. Thank you
