I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Good Afternoon, PSB1981;

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:14-118.5, individuals who are the subject of
body-worn camera (BWC) recordings have the right to determine whether they
wish to request an additional three-year retention and, subsequently,
request nondisclosure of the BWC recording to the public.  Accordingly,
Eatontown Borough is required to contact the subject and requests fourteen
business days (14) to provide them an opportunity to decide whether to
retain and/or disclose the recordings.

In addition, I have attached the OPRA Special Service Fee form to be
completed by you, the requester.  Please take the time to read the form in
its entirety and, if you agree to the terms, please provide written
confirmation of your acceptance and date of anticipated payment.

The Records Division will notify you once all parties have made their
decision on the release of the BWC in which they are the subject of.
