Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

Please provide the approved open-session minutes, and any approved closed-session minutes or releasable portions, for every Mayor and Council meeting held from April 1, 2026 through the present. If any requested minutes have not been approved, please identify each meeting date, state whether draft minutes exist, and state the anticipated date of approval and public availability. This request seeks existing records only and does not request creation of a record.

Additionally, I would like to be directed to where these documents are publicly available without the need for a OPRA request. Kean Federation of Teachers v. Morell; N.J.S.A. 10:4-14 held that 54 to 98 days was unreasonable. I'm just curious why your website appears to be up-to-date only to March.
