Dear Nadene Cicero - Deputy Municipal Clerk,
Thank you for getting back to me, I do have a couple questions/concerns.
1. Is it township policy to basically go off of the honor system when providing this information that is requested? The township does pay for IT services and as far as I am aware most townships solicit the IT service to provide requested information therefore eliminating the ability of malicious intent. The “honor system” obviously provides the opportunity to edit or leave out legally requested information that the official may not want revealed. Additionally the obtained email log previously requested listed the email that Mr. Cuozzo stated he could not find. I assume that log was provided by the IT department. It obviously exists I am concerned the Mr.Cuozzo simply cannot find it. If this is Plumsted Townships OSHA compliance policy could you please send me that policy?
2. It appears Mr. Cuozzo provided these emails May16th. How come an extension was needed until May 31st, especially when the extension stated they would provided sooner if available?
