Good afternoon Jacob,

I received your OPRA request on May 18, 2023. The 7 business day response
deadline is set for May 30, 2023. Your OPRA asked for the following
information:

1.A list in csv file by block and lot and address  a list of all properties that
are in the cannabis zones 2.I would like a copy of the current cannabis zone map
3.a list of all vacant land 4.a list of all wetlands

At this time, I would like to respectfully request additional time to
answer your OPRA. The Department that is responding is working with their
vendor to see if a feature can be added to the program to allow us to pull
any of these reports. Unfortunately, the vendor needs a few more days to
hopefully get it up and running or inform us that they are unable to do
so. I am providing you the Zoning Map per your request #2. Any Cannabis
businesses would have to be within Industrial Zones.

As mentioned, we will need additional time for a response. We will have a
response to you no later than June 2, 2023. If any records are available
prior to that date, I will forward same.

Can you please respond to this email that you have received the new
deadline? Thank you.

 1. See attached excel file of all properties that are zoned Industrial.
There are no “Cannabis Zones”. These addresses are zone Industrial and
fall within the Zoning Map.
 2. See attached Zoning Map. Any Cannabis businesses would have to be
within Industrial Zones.
 3. See attached list of Vacant Land.
 4. No records responsive to this request.
