Dear Totowa Borough,

The evidence tape that was received, is cutting the actually 911 call made by Kiana, in and out which is not giving a clear audio to what is being said between caller and dispatcher. We need a clear audio tape with only one watermark time stamp in the beginning. Can not make out at all Kianas statements.
