This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

The dates, first and last names, ages, towns of residence, text of the criminal charges, first and last names of the arresting officer and the location of all those arrested in Avon from June 1 to the present date.

***Specific request to include the text of the charges and not just the criminal code. For example, "Possession of less than 50 grams of Marijuana" for N.J.S.A 2C:35-10(a)(4)."
