The New Jersey Division of Fire Safety ("Division") is in receipt of your government records request wherein you seek "the applications with the supporting documentation (submitted by the applicant or on behalf of the applicant) for any certifications and/or licenses issued or denied for the following person(s): Robert LeBrun.
This request shall include any documents submitted by the applicant or on behalf of the applicants and or any documentation or communications from the Division of Fire Safety to the applicants listed above for the following certifications and/or licenses: Firefighter 1, Firefighter 2, Hazardous Materials Awareness, Operations, Technician & or Specialist, Incident Management Level 1, 2 & 3, Fire Officer, Fire Investigator, Fire Police Officer, Fire Inspector, Fire Official, Fire Instructor (Levels 1 and 2) and Drill Ground Instructor."
The Division reviewed your request and determined that there are two individuals in the Division's computer system with the name "Robert LeBrun." Being that this request is anonymous, the Division has no ability to verify which "Robert LeBrun" is the one sought by you. Accordingly, the Division is releasing the certification and training records of both individuals named "Robert LeBrun." Application and supporting documents are also being released for one of the individuals named "Robert LeBrun." However, no such records are found for the other individual named "Robert LeBrun."
The attached records are all of the responsive records in the possession of the Division regarding certification and training of the individuals named "Robert LeBrun."
Please be advised that redactions of the responsive records have been made for personal identifying information (i.e., home address, home telephone number, cell telephone number, email address, date of birth and social security number).
Upon transmittal of this email and attached records, the Division will deem your government records request satisfied and closed.
