Dear Deputy Clerk,
Please tell Captain Shah I thank him for his letter. I would note that, at the time of my request, there had been no crash reports posted to the website link he provided since those from crashes occurring on October 15th. Not knowing if or when that section of the website would be updated with new records, I made this request. I noticed that, in the intervening days after I filed the request, crash reports for the remainder of October, as well as the entirety of November and December were posted to the link. As such, I downloaded the reports and I will consider the requests for crash reports from November 2023 and December 2023 to be fulfilled. Thanks.
