Dear Bradley Beach Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: All discovery to include, NJTR-1, police radio transmissions, Body Worn Camera footage, investigative and supplement reports relating to the “serious motor vehicle crash” on December 13, 2023 on Main Street that was posted on Bradley Beach Police Facebook page.

To Whom it may concern,
In response to your request, attached is the report pertaining to this
incident.
In response to the BWC footage : Body Worn Camera Footage can be provided,
however it needs to be redacted and is done so through an outside vendor.
The cost of redaction is approximately $200 per video and there are four
videos associated with this incident. We are happy to obtain an exact
quote for the footage and provide you with same. Please advise how you
would like to proceed as soon as possible.
If you decide to proceed with this part of the request, an extension to
2/28/24 will be necessary for this part of your request.
