I would like to clarify and possible make this request easier for you.
In my previous request, which promptly replied to, you provided the current Clark Police Rules and Regulations. The first page of these records states it supersedes "previous rules and regulations - 1997".
Therefore, I am requesting to be provided the "Rules and Regulations - 1997" that supersedes the current Rules and Regulations.
