Dear Little Egg Harbor School District,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1.) List of funds and dollar amount(s) received from State of NJ for Covid related safety measures in 2019, 2020 for ECC, George J Mitchell and Frog Pond.
2.) Itemized Invoice for all Covid safety purchases/how funds were spent for the ECC, George J Mitchell, Frog Pond ie.) PPE, plastic partitions, UV sanitizers
3.) Correspondence to administrators/teachers stating/outlining the curriculum guidance for virtual learning and correspondence outlining the decision to "dumb down the curriculum" (John Berenato's words during Strategic Planning 2nd Session) for the 2020 School year. So basically requesting documents stating whose decision it was to teach a lower grade curriculum to our students during virtual/hybrid learning.
4.) All correspondence (memo/email) from the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent and/or the Supervisor of Curriculum telling teachers to grade all virtual students lower on their report cards so they would return to in-person learning during the 1st trimester of the school year September - November 2020 school year.

I have not received a reply to my March 13th request. This is my second request. Please follow the time lines enforced by the State and reply within 7days.
