We are in receipt of your OPRA Request as referenced. As you may know, the
purpose of OPRA is to make“identifiable records accessible” [see MAG
Entertainment, LLC v. Division ofAlcohol Beverage Control, 375, N.J.
Super. 534 (App. Div. 2006)] tothis end:

“A recordscustodian is not required “to conduct research among its
records…and correlatedata from various government records in the
custodian’s possession.”  To qualify under OPRA, then, the request
mustreasonably identify a record and not generally data, information
orstatistics.” [See Bent v. Twp. of Stafford Police Department, Custodian
ofRecords, 381 N.J. Super. 30, 37-38 (App. Div. 2005).]

While the County would like to provide youwith the documents you seek, we
cannot undertake an investigation of our filesto ascertain which
documents, that may be in the County’s possession orarchives, apply. You
may re-submit your request, identifying specificdocuments, dates, complete
addresses, etc.

Pursuant to your OPRA request concerning records on thereferenced
matter(s),please be advised that this Office does not have any records
