We are in receipt of your OPRA Request as referenced. As you may know, the
purpose of OPRA is to make“identifiable records accessible” [see MAG
Entertainment, LLC v. Division ofAlcohol Beverage Control, 375, N.J.
Super. 534 (App. Div. 2006)] tothis end:

orstatistics.” [See Bent v. Twp. of Stafford Police Department, Custodian

cannot undertake an investigation of our filesto ascertain which
documents, that may be in the County’s possession orarchives, apply. You
may re-submit your request, identifying specificdocuments, dates, complete
