Dear Ocean County Health Department,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

I am requesting school employee Covid positive cases reported from the following school districts to the Ocean County Health Department from March 2, 2022 until April 25, 2022.
Berkeley Twp. School District
Central Regional School District
Ocean County Vocational Technical School
Brick Township School District
Toms River Regional School District
Lakewood School District

I am requesting COVID positive cases within those school districts of school staff employees only. . I am requesting information that states from March 2, 2022 until April 25th; numerical data for employees that have tested positive for Covid, broken down by vaccination status; how many tested positive for Covid that were vaccinated and how many tested positive that were unvaccinated.
