Covid Positive Cases
Dear Ocean County Health Department,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

I am requesting school employee Covid positive cases reported from the Berkeley Township School District to the Ocean County Health Department from October 18, 2021 until March 1, 2022; broken down by vaccinated staff members and unvaccinated staff members.

Dear Krystal Jones,
I am requesting COVID positive cases within those school districts of school staff employees that are mandated to test weekly. I am requesting information that states from October 18th until March 1st; employees that have tested positive for Covid, how many tested positive for Covid that were vaccinated and how many tested positive that were unvaccinated.
