Dear Ocean County Health Department,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I am requesting school employee Covid positive cases reported from the Brick Township School District to the Ocean County Health Department from October 18, 2021 until March 1, 2022; broken down by vaccinated staff members and unvaccinated staff members.
