Dear Office of the Governor,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: I was trying to figure out how to file an OPRA request with regards to this (https://covid19.nj.gov/forms/violation) form; I saw a similar request filed successfully in Missouri on a similar type of “hotline”, and I saw that NJ has more or less the same public record laws (although that’s my conclusion from a relatively cursory glance). Basically, I want to see if I can get the records of those executive order violation complaints. I just didn’t really know what agency/office of the state I had to specifically request for, so I went with office of the governor.
