Dear Ocean County,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
1. The name and title of the Ocean County ALPR Coordinator, as required under NJ Attorney General Law Enforcement Directive 2022-12.
2. Any correspondence, approval, or certification records between the Ocean County ALPR Coordinator and Stafford Township Police Department regarding the deployment or registration of Flock Safety ALPR cameras.
3. Any county-level network-sharing agreements, memoranda of understanding, or interlocal agreements describing which agencies (municipal, county, state, or federal) have access to Stafford Township's Flock Safety camera data through the Ocean County or NJ Statewide Networked ALPR Program (NJ SNAP).
4. Ocean County's most recent annual county-level ALPR audit report submitted to the State ALPR Coordinator, to the extent it includes or references Stafford Township's ALPR program.
5. Any record of significant violations or citizen complaints regarding ALPR data misuse involving Stafford Township's cameras, forwarded to or handled by the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office under AG Directive 2022-12.
6. Any county grant, shared-services agreement, or budget appropriation providing funding to Stafford Township for the purchase, lease, or operation of Flock Safety ALPR cameras.
7. Any Board of County Commissioners resolution authorizing county participation, funding, or an interlocal agreement related to Stafford Township's Flock Safety/ALPR camera program.
