Dear Atlantic County,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Atlantic County's handling of my OPRA request 'County employee emails'.

I strongly believe these emails that I have requested are being withheld because both Ms. Houck and Mr. Koos have violated our rights. I am demanding that these emails be provided to me with any necessary redactions without the redaction of information that does not fall into the categories you mentioned in your denial. A full review is warranted.

Dear Atlantic County,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Atlantic County's handling of my OPRA request 'County employee emails'.

I strongly believe that these emails are being withheld in bad faith. The Trial Court Administrator JILL HOUCK and the Operations manager CHRISTOPHER KOOS have written bogus Judicial Incident Reports regarding my husband and I in an effort to cover up for illegal actions of Atlantic County Judges and Judicial personnel that have tampered with my husband JASON SAMARITANO's cases that were transferred from Ocean County to Atlantic County due to a conflict that our family has with the ENTIRE OCEAN VICINAGE.

Atlantic County Judge Bernard DeLury illegally transferred my husband's Ocean County cases back to Ocean County for indictments and used an incorrect first name on the transfer order in order to do so. He did not provide my husband with the ability to object to the transfer and he never contacted the Ocean County Assignment Judge regarding the reason why the cases were transferred to Atlantic County in the first place. It is very questionable why any judge would intentionally use a defendants incorrect first name to transfer a case. OPRA requested emails prove that he did it intentionally.

I would like to obtain the requested emails of these public officials to see what else transpired in the Atlantic County Courts regarding my husband's cases. The experience with the Atlantic County Courts was a complete disaster and Ms. Houck aided in covering up crimes of judges instead of investigating what we had complained to the judges about.

Yours Truly,
Erin
