County Commissioner Confidential Aides

After reading the article in regards to full time county commissioners receiving health benefits, I would like to know the following information regarding their confidential aides:
-salary
-attendance time sheets for the aides
-health benefits and time accruals
what are the aides responsibilities? Do they work remotely? If they work remotely, is there a policy that dictates how many hours they need to work a week or go into the office?
