Dear Ms. Zeledon,
Thank you for your response. Unfortunately the document provided is not responsive to my request. Perhaps I could have been more clear. When I requested "Board of Ethics resolutions" I was requesting copies of the resolutions *adopted by the Board of Ethics* with regard to my complaints against Councilman Fleming.
The resolution provided is a resolution of the City Council, not the Board of Ethics.

Thank you for the responsive record from November 2015. I'm curious and concerned as to why the resolution was not signed by the Chair of the Board. Can you please provide a signed copy, if one exists?
Additionally, I should have been more clear with my request, as I have filed two different complaints against Mr. Fleming, and this request was seeking the resolutions from both matters. Please also provide a copy of the resolution unanimously adopted by the Ethics Board at the February 26, 2018 meeting, which is the one related to the other ethics case I brought against Councilman Fleming.

Dear Mr. Kratovil,
After a search for an additional resolution regarding your complaint in
2018 against CM Fleming, no resolution has been filed. In regards to a
signed copy from the resolution of 2015, there are no records responsive.
The resolution provided was the only copy we have.
