I am in receipt of your request, if you would like these by mail and in paper form than a deposit must be made as there is a lot of pages. On average a year is approximately 200 pages at 5 cents a page that is $10.00 a year so a deposit of $20 would be required. If you would like this in electronic form and emailed there is no charge. Either way you must notify me how you would like your request.
Also, I have never received a request for Minutes from you prior to this request.

As per the OPRA law:
A custodian may also seek clarification of a broad or unclear request. The custodian’s request for clarification must be in writing, within seven (7) business days of receipt of the request. If a custodian seeks clarification of an OPRA request, the response time clock stops until the requestor provides a response to the custodian.
Today is the 6th day from clarification.
