Please accept this email as my official response to your OPRA request as noted below. Your request is not a valid request as you are seeking "information" rather than seeking a copy of a specifically identified record.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1, et. Seq. should no such record exist (relative to a request) the custodian is not required to create one.

Please be advised that no such record exists, as it pertains to your request. I would suggest that you research (via our website) all our on-line meeting minutes in those calendar years. The minutes will indicate the attendance of our Township Council members.
