Dear Town of Phillipsburg,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

I am requesting any and all records regarding the repairs for each motor vehicle accident involving Todd Tersigni as the operator of such vehicle from 1/1/2020 to present day.

These records include but are not limited to: all receipts, emails, costs, and reports made to the Statewide Insurance Company regarding the motor vehicle accidents with Mayor Todd M. Tersigni as operator.

Please include if no reports of the accidents were made to Statewide Insurance.
