Any document in any form whatever, which would reflect any cost benefit analysis performed with regard to any or all of the pending cases captioned Dalnoky v Pinelands Regional School District. 2. With regard to the above cases, any document in any form whatever reflecting a maximum amount of legal fees and disbursements authorized in defending these cases.

Please see the attached, on behalf of Jill Deitch, Esq., the official
Records Custodian of the New Jersey Schools Insurance Group (“NJSIG”), in
response to your May 20, 2023 and May 22, 2023 requests for records.

 

Furthermore, although this information is not required as part of this
OPRA response, we wanted to clarify that NJSIG reinsurers the Errors and
Omissions (E&O)/School Board Leader Liability (SBLL) line of coverage.
Thus, NJSIG does not administer these claims internally. These types of
claims, which include those for which you are seeking information (i.e.,
claims related to “any case captioned Paul B Dalnoky v Pinelands Regional
School District,”) are administered by Summit Risk Services, 120 Gibraltar
Road, Suite 210, Horsham, Pennsylvania, 19044.
