Dear Upper Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I got a mail about Corson saying he got $700,000 in tax money to stay in his house. I want to no if that is true or a lie. plese provide me on this site or post on township site with copies of his Easement application, the check he got (if he got a check?), the taxes he pays on his property at 3065 s shore road, and anything else that shows the real truth about this mailer
If he got all this money and he was living in his house, how is that fair too everyone else??? I don't get all this taxpayer cash but how does he??? because he got the inside deal thats how. I thought the government giving you money is socialism?????? I want him explain how he is not any worse than a lib!!!!
Yours faithfully,

Currently, your request fails to identify with reasonable clarity the
specific government records sought, as is required by Bent v. Stafford
Police Department, 381 N.J. Super. 30, 37 (App. Div. 2005).
However, the mailing you refer to indicates the Deed of Easement was made
in 2015, therefore I have provided the taxes paid for 2015 in the attached
document. Regarding the Easement application and check, please be advised
that Cape May County preservation applications are filed with Cape May
County and copies of any payments would be at the County also. For your
reference please find the contact information for the Cape May County
Clerk’s Office below:
At this time, if you would like any additional records from Upper
Township, I request clarification of your OPRA request. Please respond in
writing and identify the specific government records sought so that I may
process your request. Failure to provide written clarification of your
request will result in the closure of this OPRA request.
