Dear Lavallette Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

From January 1, 2017 to current I request the following:
1. Shift Rosters of all Officers scheduled for that day/shift/timeframe and if they were off duty due to Vacation/Sick/Personal/Comp Time/Workers Compensation
2. Which Senior Patrolman received a "Shift Command Differential" as per article XXVII if their Labor Contract. This is to include which day and Time they received this 5% increase in Salary and what Supervisor they were replacing if indicated. I request this from both your inhouse scheduling program and ADP Payroll records.
