Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide copies of all correspondence including emails and letters to or from individuals at the firm Borrus, Goldin, Foley, Vignuolo, Hyman & Stahl PC, or any other representatives of Weiss Properties, and/or New Street Associates, LLC, pertaining to development of a building at 40 Livingston Avenue.

Hopefully you will grant me until next week to answer your OPRA requests bc I am away with my wife at our nieces funeral in Florida. It’s been an awful time to say the least. I will be back on Monday and will answer all your OPRA requests.
