Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide copies of all correspondence with CPV Keasbey, the applicants behind the proposal for a 630mW power plant in Woodbridge, NJ, and/or the Township of Woodbridge regarding the proposal. Please also include copies of all meeting minutes, sign-in sheets, or other records of communication related to this proposal.
