I am specifically requesting correspondence between members of city council and/or the mayor and the board of education regarding planning for 2020 graduation ceremony within the last 3 months.

Our office sent you a clarification request on June 1, 2020 requesting
more information in order to process your initial request.
We received that clarification yesterday, June 2, 2020 however, our office
has been advised that it is still not enough information for the IT Unit
to perform a search of the City’s email system as they do not have a
listing of Board of Education email addresses to search. If you can
provide specific email addresses for the Board of Education Staff then I
can forward that to the IT Unit.
Please advise if you wish to have them just search by the subject matter
of “2020graduation ceremony” for the last three months? You may also wish
to contact our office directly at (908)474-8452 to discuss your request
further so that we can do our best to provide you with a response.
