I am requesting all correspondence between Feb 1 2022 and Sept 19 2022 that the Chesterfield Township was a part of or copied on between Active Acquisitions OY, LLC and the DEP regarding Flood Hazard Area Individual Permit ( FHA-IP) and Freshwater Wetlands General Permit No. 11(FWW-GP11) block and lot 1;5.02 - Mansfield Township and Block and lots 701; 1.02 and 2.01 -Chesterfield Township
Any correspondence Chesterfield Township may have been a part of or had been copied on regarding the proposal or disapproval to amend the Tri County Water Quality Management Plan under Program Interest No. 435433 AMD200010 during the time frame of January 1 2022 through Sept 19, 2022
