From January 1, 2020 through the Present time; Any and all correspondence including but not limited to (letter, email, or text messages) between any municipal employee, or elected official, and the Ocean Gate Police Department or the Ocean Gate Office of Emergency Management or their employees or volunteers, involving plans for ambulance coverage, emergency medical response, or the creation of an agency/organization involving emergency medical response in Ocean Gate. Any correspondence between an elected official, municipal employee, or volunteer of the Office of Emergency Management or the Ocean Gate Police Department and any ambulance vendors, including but not limited to (First Priority Emergency Vehicles).
