Dear Toms River Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. * New Jersey Department of Labor
* New Jersey Department of Health
* New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP)
* EPA
2. All correspondence with any engineering, environmental, industrial hygiene, asbestos consulting, remediation, demolition, testing, or waste disposal companies related to the project.
3. A list of all companies, consultants, contractors, laboratories, attorneys, and government agencies contacted regarding the asbestos investigation or remediation.
4. All proposals, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and work authorizations for asbestos inspection, testing, monitoring, remediation, demolition, waste disposal, or environmental consulting.
5. All asbestos surveys, laboratory reports, air monitoring reports, chain-of-custody forms, waste manifests, and environmental testing results.
6. All OSHA citations, notices, inspection reports, abatement recommendations, and any correspondence related to the township’s response or appeal.
If any records are withheld, please provide the specific legal basis for each withholding and a privilege log describing the withheld records.
