Dear Ocean Gate Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
- Any communication, of any kind, between any person from the Ocean Gate EMS (First Aid Squad) and any person from the borough, police department, or office of emergency management, involving Ocean Gate EMS (First Aid Squad) between the dates of January 1, 2021 and the present time in reference to emergency medical coverage, the squad disbanding, squad assets, or squad property.

The Borough of Ocean Gate has gone through several administrative changes since Jan. 1, 2021 therefore collecting the required data is a bit complicated. With that said I respectfully request additional time to complete your OPRA request.
