Please tell me the status of this OPRA request....it is long overdue and we have laws governing OPRA requests, unless the Ocean County Utilities Authority is not governed by the OPRA laws.

Dear Resident,
The Ocean County Utilities Authority is in receipt of your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request dated September 27, 2019. Your request will be forwarded to the appropriate individual(s) at the Authority and a response will be provided to you within seven business days (by October 8, 2019).
The Authority never properly received your initial request dated August 22, 2019, presumably due to the email spam filters set on our server. The Authority’s spam filters were recently revised to prevent blocking future requests from opramachine.com.

In response to your OPRA Request of September 27, 2019, the Authority has performed an in-house file search for records related to this request and the file search yielded no records associated with correspondence between the Ocean County Utilities Authority and Clara Glory from 2014 to the present day.
