The New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (“DCA”), Division of Fire
Safety (“Division”) is in receipt of your government records request dated
September 20, 2022 wherein you seek “Any correspondence Chesterfield
Township may have been a part of or had been copied on regarding the
proposal or disapproval to amend the Tri County Water Quality Management
Plan under Program Interest No. 435433 AMD200010 during the time frame of
January 1 2022 through Sept 19, 2022.”

 

Please be advised that although in your salutation you apparently were
directing your inquiry to the DCA “Office of Local Planning,” said request
was routed to the Division in error.  In this regard, be advised that the
Division has no interest in or authority over the subject matter contained
in your government records request.  Accordingly, the Division recommends
that you verify the site to which your request may be properly made, i.e.,
“Office of Local Planning,” and resubmit your request to that Office.

 

Upon transmittal of this response to you, the Division will deem your
request closed insofar as it is not properly placed in the Division.
