A copy of the request from the mayor to the state comptroller and the ethics board asking for an investigation into both the Carli Lloyd event and the dunphys lawsuit. He had stated on 12/4 that he had requested both agencies in his capacity as mayor which makes all documentation of the request available to the public.

Can you please provide proof like a phone record that this was done? If it was done in the mayors public capacity then it should be available for the public. Please provide the date and time the requests were filed.
