Records requested:

A resolution was passed at the Village Council meeting of July 14, 2021 granting the Habernickel lease to HealthBarn. The resolution was passed 4-0-1 with Susan Knudsen abstaining.

I would like a copy of the resolution signed by Susan Knudsen as Mayor.

I would also like to know the date the resolution was signed by Susan Knudsen.
