Incident Filing Reference:
The complaint was filed with the Perth Amboy Police Department with the involvement of Officer J. Gomez, Officer Nikolas M. Rich, and Detective Vargas. I, Vyom Brown, was present remotely on the call while the report was being completed, and the interaction was recorded by the department.
