Your reply to my OPRA request stated that the request is "overly broad" and that "the County Clerk's offices records are not indexed by this name".
Please indicate the way in which the offices records are indexed so that I can restate my OPRA request to be compatible with your method of indexing.

I've subsequently requested that you provide me with your indexing method so that I can rephrase my request to be consistent with your records. I have still not received that information. Please provide it so that we can complete this OPRA request.
