Your OPRA request for “…body cam from 9-30-23 call …” requires additional
time beyond the seven (7) business days for us to respond. The video is
currently undergoing review by the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office
and will not be available at the OPRA deadline. OPRA allows custodians to
seek extensions of time pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.i. Specifically, OPRA
states that, “the requestor shall be advised by the custodian when the
record can be made available. If the record is not made available by that
time, access shall be deemed denied.”  Your request requires an extension
of time until November 27, 2023. I will make every attempt to get the
response to you sooner.

using the kiosk in the ETPD lobby. 

Please note that OPRA time limits do not begin until receipt of the OPRA
by the custodian of records. OPRAs will be answered in the order in which
they are received.
