Accident reports from January 19, 2024 are being provided responsive to
your request with the exception of accident reports that are part of an
ongoing investigation, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-3a.  Portions of these
reports may include redactions pursuant N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.

option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court of New
