Stephens Ameer Stephens, 38, of Mays Landing, was sentenced to 24 years in a New Jersey State Prison on Friday, Aug. 2nd 2019. Siddiq Diaan Siddiq (aka “Marshall Davis”), 50, of Atlantic City, was sentenced to 12 years in New Jersey State Prison on Friday, Aug. 2nd 2019. Both were part of the same cases.

Full copy of court documents detailing all the criminal charges filed against Stephens and Siddiq including any other unrelated pending charges that were disposed of simultaneously with the disposition of the August 2nd 2019 sentencing.

Copy of all written statements of charactor reference that were submitted to court including any emails and/or transcripts of testimony from defendants Stephens and Siddiq's family, friends or coworkers made to court on their behalf.

Identification of all articles including currency, detailed description of all eleven vehicles and contraband seized by law enforcement during the nineteen search warrants that led to the arrests of Stephen and Siddiq.

Copy of the courts judgement of all seized currency, contraband and vehicles following the disposition of case.

Copy of plea agreement between Stepens/Siddiq and the ACPO including courts final disposition on case. Copy of any inter office emails pertaining to plea disposition and disposition of seized property and/or vehicles.

Copy of courts judgement of conviction.
