A copy of Chari Chanley's final doctoral dissertation (Rowan University, 2023). Unlike the dissertations of Dr. Dori Alvich and Dr. Kelly Roselle, Chari Chanley's dissertation is not available on Rowan's website. Given that Chari Chanley's doctoral studies were funded by Monroe Township taxpayers, Monroe taxpayers have a right to see it.
