Mr. Klein:
May I please have a copy of the bills received from Methfessel & Werbel for September 2023 charged in my case. This is the attorney hired for my case against Brian Smyth, Adam Nasr and Tracy Handerhan - MON L 001512-23.
As I have said before I think it is a complete conflict of interest as the Diploma JIF Attorney is the same as Wall's (CORNELL, MERLINO, MCKEEVER & OSBORNE) and Brian Smyth voted at the July 27, 2023, meeting on claims without you taking roll call and you have not provided the CLAIMS Audio under OPRA.
Please advise who is making any redactions on the bills.

2023 through October 2023 with respects to MON-L-1512-23 .
The reason for redactions is due to attorney-client privilege and work
product doctrine to remove attorney strategy and subject matter of
attorney-client communication/reports.

Good morning - Craig Klein and Barbara Murphy,
I keep asking this same question with NO response. Who exactly is doing the redactions for your attorney bills? I believe many are not legally allowed.
To be very specific who is make the redactions for June, July, August, September and October 2023? Who is the person making the redactions and what law firm are they from?
You also show firm names of Mr. Foster and Ms. Pflug which firms are they from? Who is "the Company" they are representing?
I consider this request to still be open until I receive your reply.
