American Water Contract services who is contracted by the city to operate it water servicing signed an agreement with the city to provide a written report if they ever need to reduce their staff:

"a written report explaining the reason for said reduction, confirmation that the reduction shall not negatively impact the level or quality of Services provided by the Operator and shall fully describe the Pass Through Credit that will be provided to the City as a result of said reduction."

I would like to request:

1. A current copy of their staffing plan showing a breakdown by staff classification of all personnel to be utilized during operations and maintenance established by the contract linked to above.
2. Copies of any reports or updated staffing plans sent to the City of Camden from American Water Services as described above since the 2016 agreement was signed as is required by the contract linked to above.
